A man died from gunshot wounds after an apparent case of road rage.
Police believe that an argument broke out between two men following a collision between an motor bike and a car near Bidnija on Sunday morning.
First reports suggest that the bike rider shot the car driver who then tried to drive away but only reached Burmarrad where he called an ambulance.
He was taken to Mater Dei Hospital but unfortunately was certified dead shortly afterward.
The suspected gunman was immediately arrested while police are still conducting a search in nearby fields for the firearm used.
