A fire broke out at a bar in the northern French city of Rouen killing at least 13 people authorities reported.
Police say the fire broke out at a birthday party at the bar.
Most of the victims were young people who were celebrating a birthday party at the bar. It was not immediately clear how many people were injured, but authorities said the death toll could rise.
