On Saturday evening, another edition of the Ball of the August Moon was successfully held under the Presidency of Her Excellency Myriam Spiteri Debono, President of Malta, in aid of the Malta Community Chest Fund.
Over 600 people enjoyed a wonderful evening that included food and drinks of the highest quality, as well as a show by the Armed Forces of Malta Band, the Big Band Brothers, In Guardia and Yada Dance Company until the early hours of Sunday morning.
The President of Malta thanks all those who attended, as well as the Ball of the August Moon Organizing Committee led by Marquis Daniel de Petri Testaferrata for the organization, and all governmental and private entities that supported this year’s edition.
The President of Malta recalls how the Ball of the August Moon marks a major event in the Malta Community Chest Fund’s calendar and the proceeds from it are vital for this entity to continue fulfilling its mission of helping all those who turn to it throughout the year.
