Two men, aged 31 and 33, and a 31-year-old woman were arrested on Thursday afternoon in Mosta during a police operation linked to alleged drug trafficking.
Following several days of investigations, police seized approximately 1.3 kilograms of a substance suspected to be cocaine, with an estimated street value of around €160,000, as well as several mobile phones and items of jewellery.
The three individuals remain under arrest and are expected to be arraigned in court in the coming days.
