The Malta U17 National team will be playing its UEFA European Under-17 Championship qualifying round – Group 4 games between the 19th – 25th of October at the Centenary Stadium.  Group 4 is made up of Scotland, Czech Republic, Northern Ireland and host country Malta.

The U17 National Team Coach Ivan Woods has named a team of 20 players for this international commitment.  The full squad is as follows:

Ticket Prices

Side A of the Centenary Stadium will be open for supporters.  Ticket prices for one match are as follows:

  • Adults – €6
  • U12, Over 60, Concessions – €4
  • School children (in uniform) and teachers, and nurseries – free

The competition

The top two teams in each group will join top seeds Netherlands and Spain in the elite round that will be played in spring 2023, along with the four third-placed teams with the best records against the top two in their section.  Hosts Hungary qualify directly for the 16-team final tournament that will be played between the 17th May and the 2nd of June of next year.
