Hamrun Spartans moved back to the top of the BOV Premier with a 4-1 drubbing of Sta Lucia. They are a single point above Floriana who suffered a 1-0 loss to Marsaxlokk.
Hamrun and Floriana meet next Saturday at the National Stadium in a clash that may well decide the title.
