Speaker Anġlu Farrugia, who is leading a parliamentary delegation, will be leaving Malta to participate in the 143rd IPU General Assembly, which is being held in Madrid, Spain.
Speaker Farrugia will be addressing the High Level Segment for Speakers of Parliament conference entitled “Contemporary Challenges To Democracy: Overcoming Division And Building Community”.
The Maltese Parliament delegation includes MPs Joe Mizzi and Mario Galea.
