Dr Charlton Falzon Cascun is the new Chief Executive Officer of LESA. He took up his duties 9 September 2026. Dr Falzon Cascun has experience in the disciplined forces having served in both the Army and the Police for many years, both as an officer and as a lawyer.
Minister Glenn Bedingfield congratulated Dr Falzon Cascun on his appointment and thanked Svetlick Flores, who in previous years held the position of Chief Executive Officer of LESA.
