A youth was arrested yesterday by the Police following surveillance in connection with drug trafficking in Għaxaq.
From a search carried out on the youth, 53 sachets containing suspected cocaine were found, 11 sachets containing suspected heroin and 3 sachets containing suspected synthetic cannabis. Mobiles were also seized, as well as other items related to drug trafficking and cash.
The youth is expected to be arraigned in Court this morning.
