On Tuesday morning at around 11:00am, while police officers were on routine patrol in Triq Il-Marsa, Marsa, they noticed a group of people who raised suspicion.
Following searches carried out on a 31-year-old man, 60 sachets containing a substance suspected to be synthetic cannabis were found. A further 7 sachets containing the same suspected substance, along with cash, were found on another 30-year-old man.
Both men were arrested.
Police investigations are ongoing.
