A Yellow Weather Warning is in effect across the Maltese Islands from this evening.
Weather conditions are expected to worsen during the early hours of Monday (around 1:00–4:00 AM), with stronger winds reaching Force 7 (Near Gale) at times and higher gusts. Rough seas and light rainfall are also expected.
Please take extra care and remember to:
Exercise increased caution, especially during the morning and daytime hours
Secure loose and outdoor objects
Avoid working at heights (rooftops, balconies, scaffolding, and exposed areas)
Remain alert to changing weather conditions
Follow official instructions and advisories
Call 112 in case of emergency.
Civil Protection teams remain on standby and are closely monitoring the situation together with other emergency services.
