During Sunday afternoon, the Malta Rescue Coordination Centre (RCC) coordinated a medical evacuation of a person who required immediate medical assistance from a vessel outside Valletta Grand Harbour.
An Armed Forces of Malta vessel was immediately sent to the area and safely evacuated the patient, who was handed over to Mater Dei Hospital’s medical team for further treatment.
