An explosion that caused a crash and left three people injured, one of them critically, was caused by a bomb according to official sources.
The most seriously injured man, who was in the van, is reported to have lost both legs in the blast.
The other person in the vehicle was slightly injured.
A third person, in a car close to the explosion was also slightly injured.
Authorities say an improvisied explosive device(IED), had been placed under the van, according to reports.
