According to Maltatoday, former Prime Minister Joseph Muscat is to face charges of money laundering, corruption and bribery.
Muscat and Konrad Mizzi are to face charges of accepting bribes and corruption in public office.
This is the latest development in the Vitals Hospital deal inquiry and the net has been cast wide with many others also believed to be charged.
With other local media also reporting alleged details of the charges, a question to be asked is how has this information been obtained. The inquiry report was delivered to the Attorney General last week and to date has not been made public. There is a leak but who has leaked the report?
