On Friday afternoon, rescue teams responded to an emergency at St Peter’s Pool in Delimara after an person required medical assistance following a fall.
Due to the difficult terrain and limited access to the location, the casualty was carefully immobilised before being transported by an AFM Rib craft to a safe location for further medical assistance and transport to Mater Dei Hospital.
