The Nationalist Part will reduce household electricity bills by 30%, on top of existing energy subsidies.
Opposition Leader Alex Borg told supporters in Bormla that the Nationalist Party electoral programme includes new hospitals in northern Malta with 250 beds and in Gozo with 400 beds, the conversion of the Paola Hub into a hospital, and further investment in Mater Dei.
On education, Borg announced a 25% increase in stipends for all students across the University of Malta, MCAST, and ITS.
