Matthew Zerafa is new Chief Executive of the Housing Authority

Matthew Zerafa will be appointed new Chief Executive of the Housing Authority.

For the last few years Zerafa has worked as Head of the Secretariat of the Ministry for Social and Affordable Accommodation.

He studied and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations at the University of Malta, as well as a Masters in Intelligence and Security in England, where he specialized in the Enforcement of Public Entities in our country.

His studies also focused on Geographical Information Systems (GIS) and on strategic decisions in times of uncertainty.

The Minister for Social and Affordable Accommodation congratulated Mr. Matthew Zerafa for this new appointment. The Minister also thanked Mr. Leonid McKay for his work during these years leading the Housing Authority and also wished him well for his new position in another governmental entity.
