Health Minister Chris Fearne said that as from 21 February, quarantine for primary contacts in the same household will be reduced from 10 days to five days.
In a further easing of restrictions he said that from 14 March, wearing of masks in public open spaces will no longer be obligatory, including for people who are not vaccinated.
