In the meeting with Prime Minister Dbeibah, I spoke about how Libya and Malta remain important partners and expressed the satisfaction that Malta is reopening its embassy and consulate in the Libyan capital, Tripoli.
I look forward to resuming direct flights between the two countries, as the situation allows.
