The works in Comino only consist of upgrading existing infrastructure to remove any danger to those who frequent the popular Blue Lagoon beach.
After several reports that appeared in the media, and despite questions being answered to the media, the Ministry for Gozo reiterates that the works being carried out in Blue Lagoon, in Comino, only consist of improving the existing infrastructure. The ministry clarifies that no further development is taking place in Comino and the intervention being carried out protects the natural environment of this island.
