A 22-year-old man from Gambia has been arrested on Monday after police found him in possession of 16 packets of what they suspected to be drugs.
The arrest took place in Pitkali Street, Marsa.
Officers on patrol spotted a group of men and they became suspicious when one of the men tried to leave the area.
