Ministry of Health has confirmed that two elderly patients died after testing positive for Covid-19.
In the first case, a 98-year-old man, who tested positive for Covid-19 on November 14, died on Sunday at Mater Dei Hospital.
In the second case, a 67-year-old man, who tested positive for Covid-19 on October 29, also died on Sunday at Mater Dei Hospital.
The Ministry of Health, while offering condolences to the families of the elderly, calls for everyone to follow the prevention measures; frequent hand washing, social distance and the use of masks thus safeguarding the most vulnerable in our society.
