A Federal judge has thrown out President Trump’s attempt to overturn the election result in Pennsylvania.
Judge Matthew Brann said, “It is not in the power of this Court to violate the Constitution.”
He continued by saying that the plaintiffs have failed to meet their burden to state a claim upon which relief may be granted.
The decision leaves Donald Trump with almost no further options as around 30 cases his campaign team filed have already been dismissed or withdrawn.
