The Ministry of Health has just been informed that an 85-year-old man who tested positive for Covid-19 has died.
The senior was tested positive for Covid19 on September 12 when he was admitted to Mater Dei Hospital. He died in the Infectious Diseases Unit, at Mater Dei Hospital, today.
He had further health conditions.
The Ministry of Health, while offering its condolences to the relatives of the elderly, calls on the people to continue to follow the appeals of the Department of Health, including frequent hand washing, id social distance and mask use.
