At a press conference after Monday night’s Budget, Prime Minister Joseph Muscat described the Budget as one that benefitted those who were most in need.
He said the Labour government “put its money where its mouth is.”
The Prime Minister slammed Opposition leader Simon Busuttil for predicting that utility tarrifs would be reduced. Joseph Muscat said that under a Nationalist government tarrifs did not decrease yet now Busuttil was claiming the reductions made by the Labour government were thanks to the PN.
