Budget 2017 speech was “dry”, “without a vision” and “cosmetic”, Opposition leader Simon Busuttil said.
Speaking to journalists after the Budget Dr Busuttil accused the government of having let the people down by failing to reduce electricity tariffs.
He attacked the government on housing and said the 4 euro a week cost of living allowance was not enough.
