The House of Representatives has voted to impeach Donald Trump over last week’s riots in the Capitol, making him the first President to be impeached twice.
Republican Majority Leader Mitch McConnell while accepting the result of the vote said there would not be enough time to conduct a serious trial before Joe Biden’s inauguration as President on January 20th.
