Police investigations following a drug seizure a couple of months ago have led to the arrest of four more persons during the night between Thursday and Friday.
The arrests took place at a residence in Msida, while searches were carried out at the same property, in a vehicle and at another residence in Balzan.
During the searches, Police found substances suspected to be cocaine, pink cocaine, ecstasy, ketamine, cannabis and LSD, together with various items associated with drug trafficking.
These results demonstrate Malta’s continued determination to tackle drug trafficking and disrupt the criminal networks behind it.
