A man, believed to be from Ghana, has been arrested in connection with the murder of Miriam Azzopardi whose body was found in Marsa on Wednesday morning.
Minister for Home Affairs Glenn Bedingfield also announced the arrest in a Facebook post, saying he had been informed that police had arrested the man in Marsa. “The investigation is ongoing, and the coming hours are crucial to the investigation,” Bedingfield said.
