The police have launched an investigation after the dead body of a woman aged in her late 40s was found in Marsa on Wednesday morning.
The grim discovery was made by a pedestrian under some trees in a field at Triq is-Salib tal-Marsa at about 10.30am.
A police spokesman said, “The police at this point are not excluding anything.”
