John Healey has resigned from government over Sir Keir Starmer’s defence investment plan.
In a letter to the prime minister, he said, ” the defence investment plan “falls well short of what is required for defence and the country at this dangerous time” .
Healy is the sixth minister to resign from Sir Keir Starmer’s government in the past month.
