A 53-year-old woman was seriously injured after falling from a second-storey window in Birżebbuġa on Thursday morning.
Police were called at around 7.45am and immediately went to a residence in Triq il-Qajjenza.
Members of the Civil Protection Department and a medical team were called to the scene, and the injured woman was taken by ambulance to Mater Dei Hospital for treatment.
Police investigations into the incident are ongoing.
