Its presence among the world’s top performers underscores the airline’s focus on reliability and its strengthened support for passengers.
The AirHelp Score evaluates airlines across key performance areas including punctuality, customer satisfaction, and the quality of claims-handling processes, using extensive flight data and worldwide passenger feedback.
