Hamas hostages to be released soon: Latest

The remaining living Israeli hostages are due to be freed by Hamas shortly, as world leaders gather in Egypt for a special summit to mark the Gaza peace plan.

Red Cross trucks are ready in Gaza to transport the hostages back into Israel as thousands gather in Hostages Square in Tel Aviv to await their arrival.

Hamas has released the names of the twenty hostages still alive as the deadline for their release nears. Palestinian prisoners are reported to be moving onto buses in Israeli prisons.

US President Donald Trump is expected to arrive in Israel shortly.
