Judge Giovanni Grixti has allowed Joseph Muscat immediate access to documents from the Vitals inquiry in which he is mentioned.
The judge ordered the Attorney General to allow the former prime minister access to all documents which named Joseph Muscat, going right back to when the court case was filed the the group Repubblika, in 2019.
