Vice Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan, HE Fukazawa Yoichi and Christopher Cutajar, Permanent Secretary for Foreign, European Affairs and Trade, signed a Memorandum of Cooperation to enhance people-to-people connections giving more opportunities to youth & businesses. Also discussed global challenges in preparation to Expo 2025 in Osaka.
