Donald Tusk,a former European Council President and who was Poland’s leader between 2007 and 2014, looks set to become Poland’s next Prime Minister.
The country’s current leader Mateusz Morawiecki lost a key vote in the country’s parliament on Monday.
October’s elections saw a coalition led by Mr Tusk win a majority of seats in the Sejm, the country’s parliament. The new prime minister will present his cabinet on Tuesday.
