A 4-month-old baby was among the injured when two cars collided in Labour Road, Zabbar on Friday afternoon.
Police said that the cars then collided with other vehicles parked at the side of the road.
The initial collision involved a Toyota and a Volvo.
The driver of the Toyota, aged 18, a 20-year-old female passenger and a 4-month-old baby, together with four people in one of the parked cars, were treated at the scene before being taken to Mater Dei Hospital.
