In Iklin, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Health Chris Fearne inaugurated a new clinic in the community. This clinic, located next to the local church, will offer four services to the residents of Iklin and its surroundings: the family doctor’s clinic, the nurse’s clinic, speech language pathology and orthotics service.
The project, which included the renovation of the building and the purchase of medical equipment, was financed by the National Social Development Fund (NDSF). The Deputy Prime Minister Chris Fearne stressed that the more new clinics are opened in communities around Malta and Gozo, the more the positive effect on the health of the residents is being noticed, who are taking care of their health through medical services in the community itself. promptly and in the greatest comfort.
