Early this morning, the Police, assisted by members of the Detention Services carried out inspections in the areas of Pembroke, Paceville and St Julian’s in connection with irregular immigration.
During these searches 15 individuals were arrested after being found living in Malta illegally. They were subsequently transferred to a Detention Centre to initiate the return process.
