More than 60 people are feared dead after a boat carrying mostly Senegalese migrants capsized off the coast of Cape Verde in the Atlantic Ocean.
The boat is believed to have departed Senagal with more than 100 migrants on board in early July.
Children are believed to be among the 38 survivors.
