A 54-year-old man from Tarxien was injured when the car he was traveling in was involved in a collision in Marsa, police said.
According to reports, the injured man was getting out of the car at the time of the collision.
He was taken to Mater Dei Hosital where his injuries were described as serious.
The collision happened in Triq it-Tromba at 10.15 on Monday morning.
