The elderly 62-year-old man who was seriously injured after falling down stairs at his home in Mellieha on Saturday has sadly died in Mater Dei Hospital, police said.
Police had been called to Triq Pietru Pawl Caruana, Mellieħa at 10.15am and a medical team was also called before the injured man was taken to Mater Dei Hospital.
