A man was injured when he was hit by a van while opening garage doors.
The man, from Birzebbuga, was opening the garage doors when the van rolled backwards hitting him in the process.
He was taken to Mater Dei Hospital where his injuries were described as serious.
The accident happened in Triq il-Bahrija, Żabbar at around 8pm on Friday night.
