A woman was seriously injured when she was hit by a glass object in St Julian’s in the early hours of Monday morning.
Police were called to St George’s Street at 3.30 in the morning where they found the woman, a Polish national who lives in the town, who has sustained serious facial injuries. The person who assaulted her had fled the scene.
She was taken to Mater Dei Hospital.
