A 17-year-old English youth suffered serious injuries after falling falling from cliffs in the Riviera Bay area, in Għajn Tuffieħa.
A medical team, Civil Protection members went to his assistance.
He had fallen about 60 feet down the cliff.
The injured youth was flown by helicopter to Mater Dei Hospital.
The accident happened at around 8.30pm on Monday evening.
