The final preparations for the return of the Glitch Festival are progressing at a good pace.
Between the 13th and 16th of August, this musical event will be welcoming in our country over 65 international artists who will be giving a show in a number of entertainment establishments around our country.
During a visit he made to Gianpula Fields in Victoria, the Minister for Tourism Clayton Bartolo stressed that Glitch Festival is another musical event that continues to confirm the continuous activity that our country is going through at this time of the year.
“This type of musical events are another link for Malta to be at the forefront when it comes to the niche of festival tourism. We have every interest in continuing to move in this direction so that Malta remains competitive in the world of tourism”, continued the Minister for Tourism Clayton Bartolo.
He added that the recent news released by Eurostat that shows how Malta is among the best European countries that attracts tourists throughout the year, is a living certificate that the recovery plan for the tourism sector is leaving positive results .
Also present for this visit was the Chief Executive of the Malta Tourism Authority Carlo Micallef.
