Statistics on government services provided to the public

In the second quarter of the year, twenty-two regional hubs and three technical hubs recorded just under 80,000 visits. The three most-visited regional hubs were Qawra, Mosta and Żejtun.

On the other hand, the most visited technical hub was the Taxpayer Service servizz.gov, having received 13,272 visits.

During April, May and June Freephone 153 answered a total of 199,694 calls and the largest number of queries were related to Tax Return and the Tax Refund Cheque.

The online one-stop-shop shows that the website www.servizz.gov.mt is still being sought after by servizz.gov customers. In fact, in the second quarter of the year, servizz.gov customers accessed the site 327,686 times.

The total number of downloads of mobile apps through the maltapps launcher amounted to 8,944. The most popular app was MT Health Entitlement, which was downloaded 2,141 times.

On the other hand, 17,162 e-mails were received by servizz@gov.mt, and June was the month in which the agency received the most e-mails.
