Four vehicles were involved in a collision near Mellieha today causing police to divert south-bound traffic.
A public transport bus, a works van and two cars were involved though no injuries were reported.
Southbound traffic was diverted to use the small road to Manikata across the valley but the extremely narrow road led to traffic in both directions in the valley facing lengthy delays.
