A cargo ship carrying tonnes of chemical has sunk off the coast of Sri Lanka raising fears of a ecological disaster.
The ship began sinking following a fire that blazed for 12 days.
Authorities tried to tow the ship to deep waters but the stern of the ship sank to the seabed.
